Michael Hyun
Organizer & Host — Michael Hyun leads the HENRY Investors Community (“High Earner, Not Rich Yet”) group in Sunnyvale, CA. The group focuses on guiding high earners to take their first steps into real estate investing through events like “The Investor Network” and “Beers & Bricks.”
Michael Hyun is a full-time software engineer and real estate investor dedicated to helping other high earners achieve financial freedom through real estate. He is the founder and organizer of the HENRY Investors Community — short for High Earner, Not Rich Yet — a fast-growing networking group based in Sunnyvale, California.

With more than three decades of experience in real estate, Ginger Crystal Faith is a dynamic broker, investor, and community leader known for her hands-on approach to building wealth through property. As CEO of Golden Canyon Properties and co-founder of the design brand Hammer & Lace, she has successfully renovated and flipped over 50 homes, with several featured on HGTV. Ginger is also an Airbnb Superhost and an advocate for empowering women in real estate investing.
